By selectively integrating Advanced Rolfing, Visceral Manipulation, Craniosacral Therapy and Movement Education, I customize bodywork to each individual's needs. Developed over the last 19 years of practice, these modalities and considerable gross dissection have evolved into a natural order of Integrated Manual Therapies (IMT). My practice offers a safe and comfortable environment for pain relief, personal growth, sustainable body realignment and recovery. Comfortable with energetics, bio-mechanics somatic psychology and mind-body, I offer preventive, orthopedic and holistic health care for the whole person. Clinically, I specialize in helping people with orthopedic and pain management issues; including but not limited to sports injuries, postural and alignment imbalances as well as post-surgical complications from adhesions and scar tissue. I also customize body-friendly workouts and optimal ergonomic environments in client's activities of daily life to facilitate longer and more sustainable changes in the connective tissue structure. These functional adjustments have profound effects over time and are often the key(s) to breaking the cycle of pain. My technique is sensitive, with pressure fluctuating from subtle to strong, and regulated by the client's receptivity and embodiment. I have taught deep tissue bodywork classes in Structural Integration, Body Analysis and Integrated Manual Therapies since 1996. Established 1994.
